Livermore Market Update

• Since January Livermore Bank Owned properties have decreased by 1/3
• The median sales price is $470,000
• There has been a 16% increase in median homes sales prices since January
• 1/3 of all sales were Bank Owned Properties.  This has decreased 2/3 rds since Jan.
• Average days on market is 82 days
• The number of properties for sale in Livermore has dropped 48% since last August
• Livermore continues to offer beautiful surroundings, friendly atmosphere, open spaces, recreation and a charming downtown.
